Dont get me wrong, nothin against the guy. I like Alex. I would LOVE to see the man again & I will be at Touch that Friday to see him again. The 1st time I heard him was from a promo he sent into XM radio. It blew me away. The 1st time I saw him he absolutly killed it. BUT I can recall three time I tried to see him. Once at Touch, I think two years ago maybe? he was passed out drunk or something to that effect and didnt play. Then there was Mnml Variation & he was in Minneapolis. The thrid time I dont recall where it was but I know I was somewhere to see him.

Anyone have a promo mix of his they could share? I've been trying to get my hands one for awhile

Tried to hard? Umm sure, if he aint there, he aint there. Not for my lack of "trying". Holmes Im like the fourth person in town he calls once hes in, dont even bother tring to front. He's my boy dont get me wrong on that.
And ya he's pretty Fing sweet when he does what he does. But he's burned alot of people in the past.

All in all im sure it'll be fine, dope ass sh*t to ensue.

Ok kids, let's breakdown this timeline...

Again, I'm not sure what times either you or Jayson are talking about, that's why I'm sayin....The first time he played at V-Lounge(a surprise impromptu set with Jason, myself and Rick Preston during Disco Remedy) then at Touch, I opened for him(in September or October of 2005 if memory serves me right) and he played again not even six weeks later. The next time was like in the early months of 2006(The night of the infamous "Get Em" phrase). There was supposed to be another time, but he wasn't able to make that and there was Mmnl Variations that July '06 (it was the same night of Jamie & Valerie's wedding) to which he didn't come back cause he was in Minneapolis...then after quite a bit of time, he didn't play til February of this year(he played Guitar during Graph's set and played a dj set) and now upcoming August 10th...plus there was at least one or two times in between in late 05- 06, that Metz had him play like super last minute and he did so again I ask the question...

Can anyone else add light to this, cause if I'm wrong and missing something then fine...sorry, but uhm...I don't think so, especially since I was among the folks that he was hanging out with mostly...sorry, it trumps a phone call(and love you guys too and I'm not saying you're frontin Paul... in fact I know my boy can be flaky,but you do like to instigate on this board, thus your title and I'm just trying to clarify here).
