Just to put a twist on my own poll question: (favorite local DJs) : anyone recall the stylings of Scott Forbush (The Church, circa 1990's)? Wondered if anyone knew what he was up to now.

In my link - I guess I need to post twice before a link is allowed? If I am violating some major protocol, many apologies...

this is second post (awaiting approval) .. yay! which will allow me to make my first link on my third post, some of this is reminisced upon.. hope to hear what y'all think and love to see a core group of electronica enthusiasts out there. Spoiler: its a writeup of one of the first "Study Sessions" at the Euclid Tavern.

Anyway, look forward to Study Sessions on 1/5 and covering it as well,
that will be the day after my birthday but experience brings 'hangover proficiency'.. lol

Unfortunately Scott Forbush passed from Cancer about a decade ago...I don't have any mixtape sets but any of the guys from back in the day at Metropolis might...you'll have to ask one of them. I would love to hear something from the late great Grandpa Techno....

Scott Forbush passed away some time ago, god bless his soul. I do have a mix tape of his from the church live. I should remaster the tape and put it on CD for all to enjoy.
