Kaotic is like the plague... Aphrodite? PVD? In the last 4 years Aphrodite has been here once (that I recall), and that was via the collaboration between myself and Mr. TikTak. He surely did not play at that event....

Well I read some of the posts after I did a quick search for "kaotic"

but r'nt the same people who post there, post here?

Who wants to take bets that "truth" is really "Kaotic"...and that he's proving how big of a "tool" he really is?


Reason being:

1.) Who else would inquire so in depth about Kaotic and second-guess half the forum users?

2.) The username "truth" could be an indirect attempt at seeking the "truth" about what people think of him. Wink

No I am not Dj Kaotic aka Jon Gordon but have met him a couple times. I can tell you about what I know. Maybe we can play a game of show and tell.

I know he plays on a lap top and still manages not to beat match. He is also able to play various styles of edm in the same set without blending any of them properly.

Phasing and programing....WHAT'S THAT?

I was told by him that he just recently went back to OH to retrive a lighting rig. He did install said rig and it did help the club out on the visual aspect. that being said I do not know what else he has done for the club. It was a dying club to begin with. He has had many locals come through and play, only thing is that they were not his bookings. He was IMO using the kindness of a couple locals to do all of the booking for him. Unfortunatly he would not compinsate those locals for their time or hard work.

ahh gotcha!

SO was he also calling himself "The Energy Dj" or is that a new West Coast moniker?



I don't really understand how he lasted so many years in the OH scene if he is so un- liked/wanted. Frankly I highly doubt he will last long here in the NW. I am prety sure he will not be accepted in the "scene" but may continue to "run" a shadey club night. Seattle is a pretty tight knit community and Portland is even tighter. Only time can tell I suppose. Hey before you know it we might just ship him back to Cleveland! Very Happy

No...please don't. The Cleveland EDM scene is hurting enough as is without him. Another shit dj isn't going to help revive it. I wouldn't hire him to work at Amber's Cabaret on Brookpark Rd.

Agreed. Allowing anyone to play in your club (because it is so amazing) for any period of time gives them power. Some of the other places late Kaotic in based on his stint at Metropolis.

Kaotic: I've always been on the fence about this guy. He has always treated me with respect, and he is always trying to get something going. There is nothing bad about that. WHOEVER, there is baggage with him, that is to be certain.
