You just gained 1000 hit points. A gelatinous cube has just dropped from the cave ceiling onto your head. You lose all your armor.

I still say it's a bad thing. I love both, but NOT together.

Um, whatever Mr. Cox. Remember that my diet traditionally consists of: McDonald's, Godiva, Dairy Queen, Sakkio Japan, Mr. Hero, Chick Fil-A and Panini's Bar & Grille. And I STILL stay at a nice, slender 129 lbs. due to my high metabolism.

OK, chill with the drama, little one. I'm the only one allowed that sort of thing from now till Monday morning due to my annual holiday.

Anyway, I still say combining a form of breakfast and a form of lunch/dinner is absolutely "verboten". Maybe it's just me, but eating them together just does not sit well with my delicate system. Sorry.

Uhm, If your stomach can handle the slaw off of a Panini's sandwich then you could handle Chicken N Waffles! And for your 129lb frame(which may be the case if you have both Timba & Sassie in your arms) you can afford to say "Super Size" me!
Wink

Say Graph are you up for Fish N Grits yet?!?

I can't believe this has gone from chicken & waffles (bad together) to fried catfish & grits (even worse together) to chitterlings (EEEWWW!). YIKES!

Someone find Speedy the Alka-Selzer Kid fast!!

Everything said about Chicken & Waffles by those have actually tried them is %100 true. VERY GOOD.

I was very happy to find out that it was a Chicken Breast and not traditional on the bone Fried Chicken (as I have seen it served in TV).

If you have not experienced this... you need to. Period. I had the Sweet & Spicy Sauce which was awesome. Next time, per justin & graph, it will be buffallo. Not sure I can handle the habenero.

Gotta take it in moderation...just a little bit per chix&waffle...but it's soooooo good...sweet mango vs hot habenero = best flavor fight you'll ever have in your mouth...

Chicken & Waffles = tasty. But I wouldn't call it soul food, really. Was just lamenting not really being able to get peas & butter beans and hardcore fried chicken and all the rest...haven't been to South Cack in a minute. Then again, I'm not big on a lot of soul food: don't love grits, well, maybe shrimp & grits, but don't like okra, collard greens/mustard greens/turnip greens, sliced cucumbers and tomatoes, ehhh.....

can't go wrong with fried fish and hush puppies though. Low country seafood ftw.
