oof, those places are murder.

morton's, ruth's chris, or the cleveland chophouse. never had a steak at primesteaks but their lobster gnocchi is killer.

Ferris Steak House got my vote. Amazingly perfectly charred on the outside and sooooo tender yummy on the inside. It was years ago but I'll never forget that steak.

Cleveland Chophouse had an incredible 16oz black peppercorn new york strip with white cheddar mashed potatoes.

the single best meal i've ever had. i finished half of each after my french onion soup and the potatoes and steak were JUST as good the next day heated up

Morton's did not impress me in the least. Big cuts and fresh, but I've had better tasting steak. Ruth's Chris is on the same level as Morton's to me, perhaps a little better.

Lockkeeper's. Now that was a damn good steak. particularly since it was on the company tab Wink

Yeah, I was not impressed with Mortons' either (of course I went with above person...maybe the cook was off that night, though I had a different cut of meat) overpriced, kinda dry, an dno ambience.

Not a steakhouse, but for some great meat go to Brasa.

i disagree. for gluttony on slighty-above-mediocre food, go to brasa.

I highly, highly advise anyone who is a steak lover to visit the Diamond Grill (77 W Market St) in Akron.

They dry age all of their own steaks on site, honestly the best I've ever tried.

I guess Sinatra used to make a point of going there when he was in the area, even driving down from Cleveland.

I'm hungry.

BTW it's cash only.
