ill.Gates is a Toronto-based composer, performer and educator. Over the past 16 years, he has established a global fanbase and a reputation as one of the most dynamic electronic music artists around. He regularly tours across North America, Europe, Australia and Asia. Gates has headlined at such festivals as Burning Man, Shambala, the World Electronic Music Festival and the New Orleans Jazz Festival. His first full-length release, Autopirate (Muti Music, 2008) charted and continues to sell strongly. His upcoming triple album The ill.Methodology and accompanying online course are highly anticipated. Gates was recently selected as one of the Next 100 by URB Magazine.
Many of his contemporaries cite ill.Gates as a key artistic influence and inspiration in their music. While on tour, Gates frequently teaches workshops to grateful and attentive audiences, in which he shares his highly effective approach to producing quality finished music as well as insights into the mentality and strategies necessary to succeed in the music business.

With deep musical roots linked to family, expression and appreciation, Joe Pincus better known by his stage name, Aire Atlantica picked up the drums at age 3. As skills developed, so did the passion and appreciation. Until recently, Aire Atlantica had only expressed his musical talent through rock bands in the greater NYC area. After experimenting with remixes and original productions for over a year, the culmination of a life’s work formulated into masterful dance music spanning a number of genres.
Aire Atlantica’s inspiration derives from DJs and producers like Diplo and Steve Aoki who go beyond the standard conventions of performance and strive to better themselves and others through the teachings of community, culture and lifestyle. Aire Atlantica also pulls a large portion of his inspiration, which is seemingly limitless, from acts outside of the EDM realm including but not limited to Envy On The Coast, Kanye West, Thrice and Rx Bandits.
Aire Atlantica’s debut EP release “North” was a smashing success; reaching #9 on the Beatport Top 100 electro-house chart. Now, Aire Atlantica’s sophomore EP, “Rascals” which released via Rot10 Musik on August 27 is quickly making its way towards the peak of the Top 100 electro-house chart with its debut at #43. The 2 track EP, offering tastes of both moombahton and big-room house has been in support by Sazon Booya, Kid Cedek and many more. Whether it’s noteworthy label releases, or arena performances bridging the Northeast and Midwest, it’s plain to see that Aire Atlantica has his foot pointed in the right direction.
