Best we saw was that it was the business with the liquor permit and the "Dance hall" variance.
There's no "sound permit" don't give the city any ideas!
But not the property which has to be leased.
All the above doesn't do any good if the city turns any part of it down as they've done elsewhere. Get all approvals in writing before you pay a cent!

The suburban place I found was $250K not including the property! If you wanted that as well, add in $500K It was water/ flood unisurable because of flooding and has a basement that is kept dry with electric pumps and if power fails.... well....
