Had a pretty tasty salad as well....butter lettuce with mint, almonds, shaved parmesan & a cider & olive oil dressing.
What also rocks is there use of local & regional ingredients like garlic from Navarre, OH, and lots of stuff from the West Side Market...they recycle their wine bottles to serve carbon filtered water, and basically just kick ass with the whole green vibe. They serve late, too.

Jon Sawyer, the Head Chef is a very good friend of mine. We grew up together, he is a native Clevelander and a superb cook who honed his skill at both Lolo and in NYC... Bar Cento is an excellent spot that is highly recommended..Try the wood fired pizza with fresh garlic ansd spinach.....mmmmm
